The location of the hotel was very ideal and central to all the key tourist spots. the hotel offered great amenities such as an on-site restaurant and free Wi-Fi, making it very convenient for travelers. One more advantage was the friendly staff who were always willing to provide recommendations and help with any requests.

the room provided was not clean and lacked basic necessities like clean bedsheets and towels.

Cleanliness and staff were exceptional. The hotel was spotless and the housekeeping staff were meticulous. The front desk team was very friendly and attentive to our needs. They were also able to arrange transportation and provide helpful advice on local attractions.

The staff’s behavior was unpleasant as they demanded extra fees, leaving me with no accommodation for the night. The restroom was unclean, and the plumbing system did not function as supposed to, causing inconvenience during my stay.

The elevator is small, and service can be slow during peak times.

Convenient location near Dilli Haat Ina. Staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. Room was eventually changed to a more spacious one on request. The hotel was located on higher floors, offering a good view.
